Guaro is an unspoilt Andalucian village of narrow, winding streets about a 20 minute drive from the resort town of Marbella on the Costa del Sol and a 10 minute drive from the historic village of Coin.
Guaro is known for its almond production and its annual Luna Mora (Moorish moon) festival which held in September and brings thousands of visitors to the village for 2 weeks that month. Most of the year it is simply a pretty, quiet village with a relaxed atmosphere.
